Team Name: What is the name of your team?

Purpose of team: Why did you decide to form this team?

Goal of team: What is this team's prime objective? (You may also list other goals your team may have below the primary one.)

Available Ranks: What are the ranks members can acquire?(You can also describe the requirements for each position below each rank.)

Form of registry: This is the form you must get Each Applicant to fill out. Failure to do so will result in a warning to the team's creator.

Leader Of Team: This is quite obvious, but state both your character you will be using to lead this team and the account in witch this said character resides in.

Pound Cost?: You can choose to have a set registry fee that all applicants must pay if accepted into team. (Remember, this field is optional, you can simply put free if you do not wish to instill an accepted fee.[Please get either a mod or admin to remove pound amount from each accepted character's account.]

Form Of Departure: This field is left for any member who wishes to remove themselves for your team. Everyone should be aware that once removed from a team, the pounds they used to pay will not be re-added to their account total. This like the registration form, MUST be given to each applicant in case they decide to remove themselves. Failure to do this will also lead to a warning.
